Mc Kenzie, TNHarassment — On August 28, the victim of harassment phoned Carroll County Sheriff’s Department in regards to Joseph Samual Anderson, 37, calling and texting her when she had asked him to stop. Deputy James M. Boaz advised Anderson to quit contacting the victim. On September 7, Deputy Boaz spoke to the victim again where she stated that Mr. Anderson had not stopped texting and trying to call her. She then sent proof to the deputy by showing text messages and phone calls that were time stamped through e-mail. Mr. Anderson was then charged with harassment.
