Mc Kenzie, TNDUI Arrest — Tre’von Woods, 23, of Jackson, was arrested for DUI on September 15. Woods drove into a DUI checkpoint around 11 p.m. where deputy Smith was working. His vehicle reportedly smelled like marijuana, in which Woods said he had smoked 30 minutes before. The deputy then asked Woods to pull his vehicle to the side of the road to perform a sobriety test in which he failed and was then arrested.
