Naomi Jean Burcham

McKENZIE, Tenn. -  Services for Miss Naomi Jean Burcham, 78, are Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Elder Edward Long officiating.  Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens.  

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Wednesday, December 20, 2023,  9:30 a.m. until service time.  Miss Burcham, a former cafeteria worker at Bethel College (University), died Saturday, December 16, 2023 at AHC of McKenzie.  She was born on December 31, 1944 in Pope, Tennessee (Near Linden, Tenn.) to Marvin Odell and Mary Lois Woods Burcham. She was a member of Union Primitive Baptist Church near Como, Tenn.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Linda Parish, Doretta Winsett, Shirley Hendrix, and her brother, Johnny Burcham. 

Survivors include sisters, Mary Lou Burcham and Lillie Bell Burcham, both of McKenzie, three brothers, Jimmy Burcham of Hazel, KY, Tom Burcham and Jerry Burcham, both of McKenzie.

Pallbearers who will be serving will be Dennis Adkins, Jacob Harwell, Ethan Harwell, Max Harwell, Hunter Frasier, and Ron Lynch.
