HUNTINGDON (November 8) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, November 8.

One case was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Michael R. Chappell, Shafter Road, Greenfield, was bound over to the Grand Jury on a charge of Driving While License Revoked Due to Conviction of a DUI.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Mark Beecham, Crabapple Ct., Napperville, Illinois, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, credit for 10 days jail served, not to drive for one year, DUI School, defendant waives extradition to state of Illinois; dismissed, Implied Consent, dismissed, Fugitive from Justice.

Paul Raymond Buckland, Jr., Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, no sentence listed.

Lacey Cozart, Walnut Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation; 10 days jail, probation extended.

Quanesha B. Davis, Hicks Street, Jackson, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation, defendant agrees to testify in co-defendant’s case; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs.

William Sparky Floster, Jr., McMackins Lane, Hollow Rock, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.

Candy Glover, Walnut Grove Road, Milan, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, six days jail; supervised probation; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.

Ryan Gray, Paris Harbor Dr. Paris, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $1,500 fine, probation; dismissed, Driving While Revoked Due to DUI; dismissed, Registration Violation; dismissed, Light Law.

Kenneth Ray Haynes, Locust Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

Linda Carol High, Linden Street, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to eight days; supervised probation; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; dismissed, Simple Possession.

Brittany S. Jones, High Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, no sentence listed.

Maurice Lawrence, homeless, guilty, Criminal Trespass, 30 days jail suspended to eight days.

Dorothy J. Morris, Wildersville Road, Wildersville Tenn., guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, eight days jail, probation; dismissed, Light Law; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.

Ashton M. Ridley, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail to run concurrent with Circuit Court sentence; may serve time in in-patient rehab.
